We will be setting homework on the Seesaw app so routines are the same as in year 2. I will post the homework on a  Friday for both Maths and English. This will be posted back on Seesaw no later than the following Thursday. There will be work set on to encourage your child to learn their times tables.

Reading books/tasks

Reading books will be sent out on Wednesday.  These are to be returned on Monday with your Reading Journal signed. I will also be setting short reading comprehension tasks via the Seesaw app and I will also post ebooks for children to enjoy the love of reading.

Spelling/Multiplication quiz

During Year 3 children will be given weekly spelling tests and multiplication quizzes (all spellings will be taught in school and posted on the Seesaw app). Please encourage your child to learn their spellings and tables each week.

Year 3 will be able to join in on the assault course as a reward for good behaviour. This will be led in the hall by Tommy to celebrate the green trackit lights winners.
